Now you can estimate shipping before entering your full information, as well as the ability for our returning customers to create an account. We offer the option of creating an account or just simply placing an order without an account. The benefits of creating an account include faster checkout on your subsequent orders as well as special offers only available to our repeat customers!
5) Now it's easier to check on the status of your order:
If you have set up an account, simply log in to view your order status(es). If not, all you need to do is enter in your billing email address and your billing zipcode! From there you will be able to see if your order has shipped, as well as any tracking #('s) associated with your order(s)! Of course, you can still call us Monday through Friday from 9am - 5:30pm Pacific Time and one of our customer service specialists will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding your order, including shipping status!
