C. PRE-FORM (INCLUDED!):
If you are installing in Concrete or any paved surface, we HIGHLY recommend using the included “Pre-Form” box. This Pre-Form is designed to go into wet concrete as it is poured, and will allow for a permanent opening for which to install your paver light into. The Pre-form makes future servicing the of the paver light a breeze!

LED 12V or 120V Premium Rectangle Octagon shaped LED Recessed Paver Light. Made out of Heavy Duty Steel construction with a white acrylic lens for maximum light diffusion, this fixture carries a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. In LED, these lights are as bright as 10-35 watt incandescent or halogen lights yet consume at least 85% less power! Go green and save $$$. Go LED!

	MOUNTING: In-Ground or Wall Mounting, such as Driveways, or concrete walls. The included Pre-Form is HIGHLY recommended for any concrete or paved surface installations!

	WIRE LEAD: Comes standard with a 12″ wire lead. We have an optional 25 foot wire lead extension option available, which can come unattached to the fixture, or we can attach it for you. The 25 foot wire lead extension option is for 12 Volt low voltage use ONLY. Do not order this option if you are ordering this fixture in 120VAC!

	WARRANTY: Five year manufacturer’s warranty on the paver light and LED bulb.
