Tops are made out of Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel with a Clear Tempered Glass Lens. The housing (part that goes into the ground) is made out of super heavy duty Fiberglass Composite. Fiberglass Composite Housings are ideal because 1) They offer the same weather protection as Brass or Stainless Steel, 2) Fiberglass Composite is MUCH lighter than Cast Brass or Stainless Steel, meaning your fixtures will not sink in softer soil, and 3) Since no one will see the housing, there is no need for using Cast Brass or Stainless Steel housings! IP65 rated waterproof, this light carries a Lifetime Warranty against rust or corrosion!
