PLEASE NOTE: The above map represents UPS Shipping times once your order leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that items that are in stock and ready to ship usually ship within 48 business hours after we receive your order, and once your order ships you will get an email with your UPS tracking number. Items that are not in stock (back ordered) items and items that need to be assembled, modified, painted, etc. (such as most of our outdoor Brass, Copper and Stainless Steel lights) will typically ship within 5 – 10 business days after receiving your order. Please keep in mind that when we say “business days” we are referring to Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. If you need to receive your order by a certain time-frame PLEASE CALL US before placing your order and we can assist you in expediting your order depending on availability of product(s) desired. We can offer overnight (including Saturday AM), 2-day and 3-day shipping (via telephone only), and give you a pretty solid date of delivery. Occasionally on items that our out of stock we will have to drop-ship these items, and although we are VERY diligent, we can only control so much from our end. For that reason, we can only guarantee these deliveries within +/- 48 business hours, and will inform you via telephone if this can happen (it’s very rare this happens but we want to be forthright and honest).
