No ballast removal or rewiring of ANY kind needed! Just change the bulb(s) and you’re done! If your ballast is not a T5HO (High Output) ballast, do not order this bulb! This LED Tube will not work with T5 standard output ballasts. We are not responsible for any installation of this bulb on incorrect ballasts.
