With these kits, you can select from many different Reflector and Trim Ring options (see color options below). This Retrofit kit comes complete with everything you need for EZ installation into your existing 4″ 120V, 12V, 277V or 347V Halo-Compatible Recessed Housing These will fit into almost ANY 4″ housing out there! Light output is available in 2700K Very Warm White, 3000K Warm White, 3500K Semi-Warm White and 4000K Pure White. With a 78° Beam Spread, this LED Retrofit Kit delivers smooth, even, clean light. Now with an industry-leading unprecidented CRI value of 93, these retrofits will deliver lighting so good, you’d swear you weren’t using LED! These retrofit kits are rated to last over 50,000 hours, or 10-30 years depending on usage! This retrofit kit is fully dimmable and can be dimmed down to 5% with most standard 120v Line Voltage Dimmers, or down to 5% with select LED dimmers!

MATERIAL: Extruded Cast Aluminum housing, premium heavy duty aluminum heatsinks, metal reflector, metal trim ring, and frosted lens diffuser lens. Unlike many of the cheap units you might find at Home Depot, Lowe’s etc., this Retrofit Kit is all metal including the reflector trim!

VOLTAGE: 120VAC is standard. 277VAC or 347VAC (external drivers) are optionally available for $50.00 additional. If you are retrofitting a 12V can, order the 120VAC option and follow the installation instructions below.

COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with almost all (99%) of the standard 4″ housings (Halo, Capri, Juno, Commercial Electric, Utilitech, etc). If you are unsure if your housing is compatible, call us and we will confirm it for you!

INSTALLATION: Installs in minutes and easily “pops” into your existing housing. Torsion springs supplied for convenient mounting to existing remodel or new construction 4″ 120V housings. If ordered in 277V or 347V, an external driver is included, which you simply place in between the retrofit kit and the romex wire leading to the retrofit kit. Includes E26 Medium Screw-in Base Adapter. For California Title 24 “No Edison socket” compliance, simply cut off the screw base from the retrofit kit, cut off the socket from the housing to expose the wires. If installing into a 12v Low Voltage housing, make sure you 1) Bypass the 12v low voltage transformer on the housing, 2) cut off the socket in the housing to expose the wires, 3) cut off the connector end on the LED retrofit kit, 4) splice the retrofit kit to the cut wires on the housing. (MAKE SURE YOUR POWER IS OFF TO PREVENT INJURY), and simply splice them together!
